  • Benefits circulatory and digestive systems
  • Regular physical exercise increases higher self-esteem and a greater sense of emotional well-being
  • Most importantly, a prosthesis restores MOBILITY and INDEPENDENCE


The therapy team, which includes doctors, therapists, prosthetists—and of course, you and your loved ones—will help determine if a prosthesis will help to achieve the most independence possible. The rehabilitation team is best able to evaluate each individual situation.
